St James Restaurant and Bar pampers customers with its stylish ambience, and good food and wine. Four sequentially interconnected dining areas have their own spectacular ambience.

The bar has a classic black and white theme, and leads you to the Blue Room, a party space featuring midnight blue carpets, banquettes and curtains with low lighting. The restaurant is to the rear and invites people to enjoy a meal amidst white and Venetian mirrored walls; on warm days, a landscaped and lit courtyard attracts all the attention.

The à la carte offers choices that could include beef Wellington, crispy belly of pork with sautéed Chinese greens; and roast monkfish with crisp Parma ham. Amongst the desserts is Chef Simon Trussel's signature Toblerone cheesecake.

A daily changing market menu could open with starters of chicken liver pâté with toasted walnut bread and fruit chutney, and mains of grilled pork chops with dauphinoise potatoes.
