Fountain Restaurant at Fortnum & Mason

The Fountain Restaurant at Fortnum and Mason on London's Piccadilly provides a deluxe brasserie atmosphere, nice for breakfast, lunch and pre or post theatre dinner. 2008 marks 300 years of trading and the Royal Family's preferred food hall has still not lost any of its graceful English charm. The chandeliers, marble pillars and gilded furnishings are all a very visible part of this historic venue. The restaurant gives customers a chance to taste the beauty of old England in the 21st century.

The menu includes a selection of seasonal starters, salads, fish dishes, meats from the grill, as well as established favourites, amongst them Fortnum's take on a Welsh rarebit and Highland scramble with smoked salmon. In addition, a corkage offer launched in the 1707 Wine Bar applies on a wide selection of wines.

It can be approached through the ground floor food hall or directly from Jermyn Street. Before 10am the Fountain can only be accessed from the corner of Jermyn and Duke Street.
