We have eaten there several times and it was always good, so I booked a table for lunch with some family members. On arrival, we noticed a change of staff, the new owners were formal and there were few diners. I ordered Malbec from the list and the waitress poured for me to taste – not the best I had tasted and after she completed pouring for everyone I noticed it was not a Malbec but a Bonarda Malbec. On asking I was told that their supplier had run out of Malbec. The menu is limited and rather basic but expensive. The calves’ liver was good, steaks average and linguine with cream sauce was bland. Only one of us ordered dessert which tasted average. To round off our sad lunch, the coffee machine was broken.
