Authentic Italian cooking reflects in an intelligently designed menu and if you have the appetite for it, a traditional four course menu with antipasti, primi piatti, secondi piatti, and dolci would be perfect. Let's say, you could begin with hot focaccia filled with radicchio, olives and anchovies followed by handmade free range egg pasta, with black truffle and pesto, and then follow on with beef carpaccio marinated with shavings of fresh mushrooms and crispy parmesan cheese. Finally close with a semifreddo or a panettone based soft hearted cake and milk chocolate sauce.
