Frankie's Italian Bar & Grill - Putney

I have just arrived home after dining at Frankie’s, Putney. The service was the best I have received since I arrived in London ten months ago. The manager personally greeted our table and served us all evening. We were then given a cookbook as a thank you gesture for dining at the restaurant. The cocktails were wonderful and the food was good, nothing too fancy. It really was the service, the venue and the cocktails that made Frankie’s the perfect pick for an evening out.

I had written a negative review of that restaurant after my first visit, but thought I would give it another go. But again, awful, service, awful, food, awful decor, why does it not react to criticisms? When I had complained about the service and the standard of food, the waiter told to f**k off and not to come back, don’t worry I would not be and I would be trying to let Frankie himself know, what an awful place bears his name.
