Wow - I finally decided to stop by here after driving past it for nearly a year on my way to the Metra station. I cautiously asked for recommendations and was directed to the Italian beef and fries. I decided on one of their specialties of the day, BBQ debris fries which included a helping of 'debris meat' and BBQ sauce. I waited in anticipation and fell immediately in love with what was placed in front of me. Oh my god! The debris fries were amazing - after tasting the shaved tenderized meat and BBQ sauce covered fries, I will never order normal chili or cheese fries again. I'm totally spoiled now. Now onto the sandwich, let's just say I couldn't finish it - there was so much meat! Like any good Chicago Italian beef, it came soaked in juice, some great sweet peppers, and served with creamy garlic aioli sauce on the side. I've basically found my favorite new pig-out place. If you're in the area, or even if you're not, you owe it to yourself to try out this small gem. I'm just happy I only live 5 minutes away.
