Fresca Description
One is wafted to the Mediterranean by the menu at No 42, a delightful family run restaurant in the ancient city of Bury St Edmunds, and seduced by the warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where you can dine on fresh, locally produced food, prepared to the highest standard; the menus are changed regularly to reflect seasonally available produce.
From 'salt cod to sea bass' and from 'chicken livers to fillet of venison saddle' all their food is freshly cooked with true passion and flair. House wine from £10.50 with set price dinner around £22.00, the wine cellar is well stocked with some sixty fine European and New World wines, a selection comprehensive enough to suit everyone's palate.

I have eaten at Fresca many times before and the food seems to get better and better. The staff are all very friendly and the restaurant is always very clean and is of a very high standard. You also get a lot for your money here. Would recommend it to anybody.
