Oh dear. It was a bit of a time warp. I felt as if I'd stepped back into the 80s when I visited this place and the coffee was unbelievably appalling - a latte consisted of half lukewarm inexpensive express and half froth. If I wanted a cappuccino, I would have asked for it and it was also overpriced. I can't believe that they still serve food like this, at exorbitant prices and people still pay for it! The cake was dry and tasteless and I like to put cream cheese on my bagel myself and don't need someone to do it for me. The girl who served me could barely speak English and didn't seem to understand what I wanted. All in all, it was passable but come on; it's about time you moved into the 21st century.
