That "cost per head" estimate is way off. Cod, chips and a drink will costs under a fiver and you won't get fish n chips as good as this except at the seaside (and, even then, only if you are very lucky in your choice of establishment). It's even family run and under the watchful care of formidable but loveable matriarch Olive (now, sadly, semi retired). Do yourself a favour and come here for some proper food. Hey, if you like, you can even bring your own bottle of wine!
