Split over three levels, Fusion Bar and Grill has a café on the ground floor and a lounge bar on the next whilst the upper floor is reserved for live entertainment. Ideal for business lunches or meetings, the lounge has private booth seating that may take in as many as 6-8 diners at a go. It also has an exceptionally well stocked bar along with a wine list that pairs well with the food.

The tasting style tapas have some old favorites to hand whilst the dinner menu is conveniently divided into sea, land, bakery and garden. Some dishes you may expect include king prawns in garlic butter with a hint of chilli, nachos served with cheese, fresh salsa and sour cream, slow roasted lamb and falafal in a rich tomato sauce.

Friday and Saturday, nights are special with live entertainment that includes sword swallowers, belly dancers and traditional Moroccan bands.
