The location of Fusion Brasserie in the old Bird in Hand in Stoulton has undoubtedly given rise to numerous references to the old saying, but the truth is that it's just perfect for them. Absolutely fabulous food! I had the duo of lamb and it was one of the most delicious meals I have ever eaten. The service was excellent.
