Gales is a well executed conversion of former town house, now transformed into a lively Wine Bar serving tasty food, an exciting range of wines, with plenty of space for small corporate gatherings. Prices are not unreasonable and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming.

I love staying at Gales; it is an excellent family run hotel with very good food and drink. I stay one or two nights every month and I recommend both the pork and lamb steaks but the whole menu is very good value.

I went to Gales of Llangollen for the weekend. The piping hot food was nice and service was good. I will definitely be going back.
