Garbo's Description

Named after silver screen legend Greta Garbo, Garbo's is a Swedish restaurant. You are reminded of its Swedish roots by the odd Abba picture and the Scandinavian specialities, the perfect choice when looking for something a little different. Although there are more familiar international dishes it pays to go for their traditional choices such as pickled herrings or gravadlax followed by meatballs or kaldolmar, which is cabbage leaves stuffed with pork and beef. For dessert the Crepe Garbo comes highly recommended.

We went for the Christmas table meal during December. It was very good. The waitresses are very nice and the decor is Swedish. There was a great party going on in the basement with schnapps and everything. I would consider having a Christmas party there.
