Garden Room, The Description
Set within the Holiday Inn Brighton Sea Front, right opposite the Brighton Pier and overlooking the sea is The Garden Restaurant. Its light, airy and informal atmosphere manages the neat trick of providing an oasis of calm during the daytime and a romantic spot for a candlelit dinner when night falls.
Visitors can opt for homemade salmon and herb fishcake, nicely set off with caramelised cherry tomatoes with a Dijon and chive dip, followed with sizzling beef, chicken or vegetable fajitas and finishing with mocha custard tart and an iced pear parfait, or a delicious softly set rum and chocolate bread and butter pudding with a dollop of crème fraîche.
