Garrack Restaurant has been awarded an AA Rosette and serves modern English food using Cornish produce whenever possible. So expect to find tian of Newlyn crabmeat, classic gezpatcho, crème fraiche and homemade herb bread, or pan-fried fillet of Penwith organic beef with caramelised potatoes, shallots, black pudding and tarragon jus. They have an extensive wine list, priced with a fixed mark-up, which offers exceptional value for the better quality wines.
