Gars Restaurant Description
Conveniently located near the seafront and offering good value for money with what most seem to regard as Chinese food with attitude. It's always busy, which of course may only prove there are not enough restaurants to go round in Brighton, though from my experience that is not the case. The set menus are particularly praised for their value for money.

I love this restaurant! Out of every place in Brighton, it is definitely one of my favourite. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere, along with good service and great food! Would recommend this place to anyone! (Especially the aromatic crispy duck - YUM!!!!!)
