Gastrobistro at the Pheasant Inn Description

The Gastrobistro Restaurant, Salisbury opened in November 2006 and was immediately well received by both locals and tourists alike. Although not specifically a French restaurant - more of a Mediterranean/European restaurant, the French owner Arnaud Rochette does deliver a certain Gallic charm with the eclectic menu, the charming service and the relaxed and informal surroundings.

Gastrobistro at the Pheasant Inn is one of Salisbury's better restaurants for great home cooked food at good value prices. Whether you would like to try French specialities like bouillabaisse, cassoulet or tarte tatin, crave comfort food like a simple burger or salad or prefer seafood like scallops or crayfish there is something for everyone including vegetarians on the Gastrobistro restaurant's menu.
