The Chelsea Green branch of Geales Restaurant, on the corner Cale Street and Markham Street, replicates the original establishment in Notting Hill, a longstanding neighbourhood favourite which has been serving quality fish and chips for over 70 years. The new restaurant echoes the original with its slate grey walls, dark wood panelling, gingham tablecloths and leather banquettes as well as its menu of British seafood staples including prawn cocktail, crispy whitebait and dressed Cornish crab. Split over two floors, the restaurant can accommodate up to 90 guests with an intimate private dining room for 10.

Executive chef Oli Burgess ensures that all the produce comes from sustainable sources in the UK. In addition to the perennial favourite, beer battered fish and chips, guests can also enjoy comfort fare in the form of the Geales classic fish pie, salmon and smoked haddock fishcakes, while grilled rib eye steak and beef fillet offer more satisfaction. Seafood fans can look forward to platters which feature whole lobster, tiger prawns, mussels and squid as well as Malden rock oysters.
