Gemini Restaurant Description
This warm and welcoming restaurant with its pleasing décor and friendly vibe brings French and modern European cuisine to Tadworth, and the general impression is altogether of a contemporary eaterie that caters to people who love good food. Quality is a serious undertaking with them and has resulted in the accumulation of the AA Rosette awards for three years.
From a regularly changing menu, starters could include chicken, bacon and wild mushroom pie followed by a main course of roasted leg of lamb served with dauphinoise potato and gravy. For dessert, there's a warm dark chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream or a selection of cheeses and biscuits.
Set menus on Saturdays run into five courses and are a treat in itself while the Sunday three course menu is equally popular. The wine list is rather global and features a number of popular favourites alongside newer choices.

This excellent restaurant delivers time after time. The set menu is first rate and incredible value, with something for all tastes. The a la carte menu has a wide range too. It is modern European with a British slant and beautifully served. The desserts are heavenly, and the service too is spot on; friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. It was a special evening at every day prices.

Gemini, in the capable hands of chef/owner Graham Clarke is a culinary experience not to be missed. Even on Monday lunchtime, my red mullet in prawn bisque was exquisite, the vegetables just al dente, the meal complemented by a glass of Moorish Sauvignon-excellent from South West France. I was fully intending not to have a pudding but I could not resist the rhubarb/strawberry ice cream. For an ice cream-addict like me, it takes something special to get me raving. This was it. Homemade, generous, with the right balance of tangy fruit and creamy consistency, I was in heaven. For a celebration or just an excellent meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Gemini is the place for me.
