Gengis Restaurant Description

Gengis Restaurant is set in the heart of the Thistle Glasgow Hotel. The images as you enter are of a near eastern environment, where dark oak woods and Chinese slate floorings create an atmosphere, which is both original and exciting. The food is based on the ideas from eastern and Mediterranean cultures, and the cuisine, using fresh local produce. All dishes are prepared in our theatre kitchen, creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
