The Taxacherhof Hotel is situated right in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps, only a few kilometres from Kitzbühel. The hotel, which is run by the Taxacher family, houses the 'Rosengarten Gourmet Restaurant'. Young Simon Taxacher has turned its kitchen into nothing short of an artist's studio, constantly striving to please the guests' palate. A window offers customers a view of his new and larger kitchen. Cookery courses are organised to bring people who cook for pleasure into closer contact with his French-Mediterranean kitchen line.
