Gifto's Lahore Karahi

The food is ordinary but I think the service is disgraceful as the waiters are rude. I should have complained at the time but didn't want to create a scene. Here’s what to expect if you're unlucky. There were four of us at the table and an old aged waiter took our order and it was fine. The salad was served by young waiter who touched the cucumber. Main dishes were served and they came very close to my head and for no reason he held the dish about one inch from my eye. Then he touched my glass on the drinking edge. Up to now I hadn't even seen the waiters face, as he always walked up from behind. Clearing up dishes he stacked them up in front of me with each dish coming right near my eye. This was a second waiter. The other staff saw what was going on and were grinning but looked embarrassed. This has never had this happen at a restaurant before.

I have tried almost every restaurant in Southall, London but must say Gifto's is among the best for food and service, especially the new look and the open kitchen. I always visit them when I'm in London and the food and service is always hundred percent. If you are in London especially Southall, I strongly recommend you try them. It is an alcohol free halal place.
