Located on Atlantic Street in Las Vegas, close to the Las Vegas Boulevard, Gilligan's Hideaway is a small and unpretentious dining space serving local American food and other specials. A part of the dining scene for the last 30 years, the restaurant is frequented by the locals as a place to relax while relishing some homemade traditional fare.

The affordable menu has a number of fast food options that are served all day. They include Italian sub sandwich with cold cuts, provolone cheese, vegetables and Italian dressing, meatball parmigiana sandwich served on a French roll with marinara and the Niagara whistle pig, a grilled all beef hot dog with bacon and cheddar cheese. The lunch menu has dishes of chicken teriyaki stir-fry over rice and barbeque ribs with chicken combo, fries and coleslaw.

Beverages of juices, lemonade, imported beers and house wines accompany the meal.
