Head Chef, Kevin Chow and his team bring in a very modern and unique twist to the preparations, combining traditional Chinese recipes with impressive French cooking methods. This jumble of two extremely popular cuisines coupled with excellent presentations results in dishes that include strawberry chilli chicken, crispy duck roll, stir-fry chilli prawns, braised whole lobster with spring onion and ginger, served with noodles, and steamed fillet of ocean Chilean Sea bass.
