Goodfellows

Goodfellows is a charming restaurant run by a husband and wife team of Adam and Martine Fellows, located in what is acknowledged as the smallest city in England.

Seafood is a main catch and the fish comes from the boats off the Cornish and Devon coast. The cooking follows a Modern European theme with an occasional foray into the Mediterranean. With Adam at the helm of affairs in the kitchen and years of experience at various Michelin starred establishments under his belt, diners can be rest assured that whether it's a chilled gazpacho with olives and basil or a hake with coriander mash and saffron-scented sage, dishes are cooked innovatively and flavours assert themselves.

Next door is the patisserie where you could choose between homemade croissants or Danish pastries for breakfast; soups, sandwiches and beautifully presented dishes for lunch and French brasserie specials such as cassoulet and bouillabaisse in the evening.
