Graze Restaurant

Situated in the heart of the Brunswick Square district of Brighton and Hove and on the site of Quentins, a popular fine dining establishment, Graze draws on the history of both the Regency surroundings and the famous Brighton Royal Pavilion. The glamorous restaurant was opened by three friends who shared a common love of full-flavoured original food and a passion for superb wine.

Graze runs on the belief that many smaller dishes allow for a wider culinary experience. The a la carte grazing menu consists of twenty starters split evenly between seafood, meat and vegetarian. Expect to find seasonal dishes of lobster pappardelle; venison pie, and asparagus and morel risotto.

The seven course tasting menus could offer saddle of roast rabbit; queen scallops, and tomato tart, basil and black olives. A Sunday roast is served with a selection of fresh vegetables and Yorkshire pudding.

The wine list is a realistic array of classics punctuated with funky modern blends from the Old and New Worlds.
