Greens Restaurant Description

Greens is a pleasant, relaxed little place, popular (so worth booking?) and one can see why. There is indeed an international approach to the vegetarian cuisine and when we start sourcing materials from outer space one has the feeling Greens will be at the forefront. So it is difficult to be more precise about what is on offer, but committed carnivores might just find themselves taking a second look . . . No license, so take along your own bottles, for which you will pay no corkage.

Good food as usual, but don't even dream of taking a wheel chair user. It's tricky enough trying to get the wheel chair through the front entrance, entirely covered by a very heavy curtain, but it is also impossible to get it through the very narrow gaps in between tables. The tables are stuffed in like sardines in a can, so there is no chance of getting them to the toilet either. Oh, did I forget to mention the huge step in the middle of the restaurant? Surely, things could be improved?

I have been a huge fan of Greens for the past three years. I am not a vegetarian, but there it does not matter. To go to a restaurant owned by a celebrity chef, I was expecting to pay 'over the odds', but when I went I found all the food exceptional, along with the prices. I loved all of it. The bread and butter pudding was to die for.
