We visited the new restaurant after reading about their alterations in the local newspaper. We expected the best but were sadly disappointed. My salmon was the smallest portion I have ever seen in a restaurant, and when I queried the size was assured that was normal. The rest of the food was poor and my wife's steak had to go back to be properly cooked. We waited ages for every course, but nothing as long as our coffee. I felt the members of staff were not well trained and it is an experience not to be repeated, despite our local press telling me what I am missing.
