Grill at Lansdowne Place Hotel, The Description

The Lansdowne Place Hotel has indeed weathered the test of time having been around since 1854, diligently serving guests within its luxury rooms and suites. The Grill is a new addition to what was formerly know as the 'Cuddly Dudley' and has gone the classical French way with prices that are very affordable.

Expect to find dishes like moules marinières and fillet of beef with potato rösti and red wine jus, followed by apricot and frangipane tart with passion fruit sorbet. The place is tremendously popular with those who like to make a striking impression; perhaps the miles of crushed velvet also help to make it extra appealing.

The style factor follows suit in the Emperor Suite as well, believed to be one of the largest suites in Brighton, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a 'bathtub in the bedroom' boudoir and a walk-in shower.
