Head Chef Mark Allen Jones' menu comes with a modern British feel and may include starters of smoked salmon roulade with caviar, herbs and celery remoulade, and pressed tomato terrine with a feta cheese fondant and basil pesto. A main course of fillet of pork is accompanied by sautéed potatoes, cider and mustard sauce. Marinated steak skewer, braised pork ribs, gilt-head bream and whole lemon sole come hot off the grill, while a griottine parfait with praline and passion fruit meringue could help you round off the meal in style.
