Guanabara Description

At least you are left in no doubt about the origins of Guanabara, from the moment you encounter the rustic ticket box, to the powerful caipa de frutas, a cocktail constructed from ingredients direct from the Amazon, the food and the ultimate experience when you head for the rest room to find the jungle style building also prevails there. And then, just in case of doubt, there's the music, which throbs compulsively throughout the evening and beyond.

The food follows the same pattern, starting with salt cod fish cakes before a Brazilian pork and black bean stew with rice, spring greens and farofa. All the ingredients for a lively night are here.
