This imposing glass fronted restaurant is located on the front of Landmark House on Station Road and allows diners to watch the world go by as they relax in the modern surroundings and enjoy quality time. You can go into Gusto and have an Italian beef burger for lunch or a simple pizza or pasta as a meal - or you could really let rip and enjoy a three course dinner, including their 28 day aged premium steak with peppercorn or red wine sauce, with wine in the evening.

So talking of starters, what's on offer? Melon and Parma ham with glazed figs, rosemary and honey dressing makes a bracing introduction, but then so do meatballs in a spiced tomato sauce with Parmesan glaze and ciabatta. Chicken liver pâté, and for those who can't wait to latch on to that fishy flavour there's calamari deep-fried with lemon mayonnaise.

An oven baked homemade lasagne never fails to please - a simple dish but a satisfying one. Spaghetti with prawn and lobster, or tagliatelle with home smoked duck all ring the bells too. From the oven or char-grill there's a delightful 2 lb lobster with fries, or lamb culets with confit of onion, garlic and gnocchi.

Gusto takes the requirements of children very seriously, and they have their own menu, designed with pleasure in mind. They can make their own pizza, or choose from a pasta selection or sautéed chicken strips.
