Hafan Cafe & Restaurant Description
The cafe serves hot and cold lunches, always using organic vegetables, including a 'bake of the day' and vegetarian option; snacks and light refreshments with freshly ground coffee and range of speciality teas.
While the restaurant, which is only open in the evening from Thursday to Saturday, uses the best quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible. They offer a set four course menu, with a vegetarian option available, which changes weekly, drawn from an exciting and extensive range of both traditional and more innovative recipes from both the UK and beyond, sometimes reflecting the national cuisine of world musicians playing live at the Talbot in Tregaron.
