Hamiltons Description
As decadent as it is continental, as family orientated as it is sophisticated, Hamiltons, founded by Atomic Kitten singer Natasha Hamilton, fuses restaurant and delicatessen together bringing a brand new dining concept to Liverpool.
Situated on the upper floor of the Met Quarter, Hamiltons is two-tiered - with an open mezzanine for lunch time dining upstairs and traditional delicatessen downstairs. Hamiltons offers an enticing menu, which includes pâtés, stuffed olives, stuffed peppers and a range of homemade salsas available in the restaurant and for takeaway.
The menu also boasts homemade rustic meals, a selection of fresh coffees and traditional afternoon tea with delicious cream cakes and scones. The restaurant sources local produce, their specially selected supplier is the organic Claremont Farm in Bebington, Wirral.
As the mother of two young children, Natasha wanted the restaurant's food to be of the finest quality to cater for families, and to welcome families to dine in a relaxed environment. Testimony to the family ethos is the introduction of their unique 'buggy park' service, which enables parents to securely store away buggies while they enjoy their meals.
Your Reviews of Hamiltons
Daniel (16 April 2009)
Well presented and decorated venue, excellent location and belonging to a celebrity I had high expectations. However, after deciding what to order from the menu we were told that none of the things we had chosen were available. This happened three times before we finally ordered something which they had. We were told they were in the process of changing the menu, so didn't have a lot of what was on offer. Unfortunately it is a shame that the food we finally ordered was available and it was inedible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has taste buds.

The furniture and décor is nice but plates had sticky finger marks on, the food was overpriced for what was essentially a café, trying to be something else. I also felt the service slow and lacking in finesse. It’s all right for an expensive cup of tea or lunch.
