The cuisine is a delicious coming together of modern European flavours with traditional English classics which can be enjoyed in the elegant restaurant with spectacular views of the Thames.

The à la carte is extensive, where you can choose from starters of tiger prawn ravioli served in a light seafood broth, followed by main course of beef Wellington served pink, with watercress and sautéed potatoes. The crispy duck salad with red onion, cucumber and coriander with a sweet chilli dressing could very well replace either of the two courses, while the pink grapefruit and Campari jellied terrine with orange compote is a rather fruity and light end to an excellent meal.
