Welcome to Handelsman Flink ('Trader Flink') located on the Island of Flatön about one hour by car from Gothenburg. The fish served is from Gothenburg or caught just in front of the restaurant; the oysters and clams are from Mollösund. The meat is from local producers where they make sure that the animals live a good life. The seasonings are grown in the back yard or by local farmers, all organic. The cheese is also organic and comes from local cows and goats. To this exquisite food Flink's Archipelago Spirits from Bohuslän is served. If the weather allows the food can be enjoyed outdoors where you can feel the fresh winds of the sea play with your hair.Seafood
