Harlequin Restaurant Description
Using classical techniques, Executive Chef, Ian Hunt, has created a stylish menu that is based on modern British cuisine, with European influences. His specialities include lobster ravioli with pak choi, ginger, spring onions and shellfish nage, and roasted duck with artichokes, apples, almonds and red wine lentil jus. Desserts include rhubarb crème brulee topped with caramel sorbet.
