Harry's Bar in Abchurch Yard, London is in a slightly secluded spot but that hasn't deterred people from dropping by with friends and colleagues for a drink and maybe even a well prepared meal. At least not in the past twenty years that they have been around! Their standards remain the same, excellent service, delicious food and numerous drinking options, combined with a classic and buzzy ambience have made it the preferred spot for most Londoners in the area.

At the bar you could have some light snacks and sandwiches but if you're looking for a more substantial meal in the main dining area, start with a timbale of fresh crab and mango with curried mayonnaise. Follow it with a main course of veal escalope in a cream of Roquefort sauce and top it off with a classic homemade raspberry tiramisu. The drinks list is varied, with Armagnac, Calvados and other fine liqueurs proving to be delightful and very adequate companions to the meal.
