On offer are authentic and flavoursome tandoor creations and a range of curries all created by an experienced and well-known chef. Starters of succulent squid tossed with Goan peri peri, red hot sauce with onions and peppers, set the tone. The tandoor has its say with platters of dumka lobster, rack of lamb and chunks of fresh red snapper mildly spiced with carom.

Mains are a lively assortment ranging from roast duck breast served in anise and saffron sauce to the garlic murg tava, the chef's special recipe where chicken is cooked with tomatoes and green peppers, and finished with a touch of ginger and garlic.
