Located just a mile from the M56, J14 and five minutes from Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, the Helsby Arms is a friendly pub, great for a drink after work, while shopping, or to meet friends for lunch or dinner.

It provides a relaxed pub dining experience without compromising on the quality of the food. The menus combine classic pub dishes with a modern twist, and change frequently to keep things seasonal.

Starters and small plates of black pudding hash cakes and homemade chicken liver pate help to kick start a meal. Mains encompass sliced duck breast and stir-fried vegetables with noodles, char-grilled pork steak served on a bed of new potatoes, and pollock fillet coated in fresh batter and deep fried. A dessert of classic vanilla crème brûlée or homemade cheesecake helps end proceedings.

Sandwiches and baked potatoes are available between 12 and 6pm while nibbles such as chips and dips, onion rings, and bowls of seaweed peanut crackers are served from the bar.
