I had great food, experienced lively atmosphere and excellent service. I went there as I was told it would be showing the college football game that I was eager to watch. I knew it was a great place in the summer with its beer garden but wasn't sure what to expect in that weather. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was clearly a popular place to watch American sport, and although it was very busy and I had forgotten to make a reservation the management went out of their way to find my group a place that would give us a great view of the game and luckily they have plenty of screens. We all ordered food, which was served fast and efficiently and really reminded me of American food, exactly what I was in the mood for. I would recommend the place to anyone wanting a lively atmosphere, great food, helpful service and especially one of the few places that dedicates itself to American sport.

The service was extremely terrible and the food was just average. We had been there yesterday with my family for lunch. The waitress managed to bring the wrong order twice, the manager, Shawn, admitted the mistake but could not overcome himself and ended up accusing us of not controlling our one and a half year old son which had nothing to do with the complaint. I have never seen such a rude and defensive manager who also wanted to stress his unfriendly attitude to children. We got a full refund and promised never to come back. Try to avoid at all costs! It could have been a nice place because of its location and a spacious garden but it was clearly being mismanaged. You would expect a far better service in that area.
