I rarely visit London but ate there last weekend. We had a very good meal - £20/head for two courses with a drink. It is a fairly conventional menu but was better cooked and presented than anything I have had outside of the very expensive. The restaurant is small but clean and smart. Mukhta, the waiter is the model of how it should be done, friendly, helpful and modest. The crassness of Brick Lane feels a world away. I`ll go there again.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for ten years. I have dined with two people and 25 people for a firm’s outing - every time food is excellent, well prepared and made fresh. Garlic chicken starter or main course is fantastic. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. It’s well worth taking the extra two minutes from Brick Lane to go here. What you get is quality, service and some of the best tasting food you will ever eat! Enjoy!
