Herriots Hotel and Restaurant is situated in the heart of what is now termed Herriot Country, the famous vet and writer of amusing books about his experiences, in the Yorkshire dales, one of the most attractive parts of Britain.

They boast a small contemporary restaurant, which offer excellent Modern British and Mediterranean cuisine, all served in a relaxed, yet stylish environment.- there is a full 'a la carte' menu in the evening, but at lunch they operate as a lighter bistro.

All their food is freshly prepared to order using the finest of local produce and cooked by Andy Green, Chef Proprietor; there is a comfortable lounge bar for pre and post dinner drinks, from the well stocked bar.
