We dined at lunch time, great value food, good atmosphere, and great staff. We even got to see Dom and Christian, and the crew from To Buy or Not to Buy. It was wonderful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is definitely worth a visit.

Went to the Hesketh Arms recently for a meal and being a regular customer I had to write a comment on what a different place this seems recently. There has been a hundred percent marked improvement in staff, food quality, and service, and in the general the atmosphere of the pub. I believe there has been a new head chef and manager, who I have yet to meet, but am told he has no plans to move on as quickly as previous ones, and the reason for the changes. With a refurbishment on the agenda in November, I can't wait. Keep up the great standards. Good luck.
