Located on the mezzanine floor overlooking Selfridges' bustling high-end accessory hall, The Hix Restaurant and Champagne Bar boasts a beautiful pewter champagne and crustacean bar and a 90-seat dining room designed by noted designer Conran. Featuring a classic minimalistic décor, the restaurant is filled with simple wooden furniture and art works by British artists adorning the walls throughout the room. The restaurant serves a range of British and European classics throughout the day that is made from freshly prepared and locally sourced ingredients.

The à la carte menu consists of dishes of smoked haddock with cocannon, a dish of poached egg with grain mustard; linguine, with Dorset crab and chilli, griddled Red Sea prawns with hedgerow garlic butter and escalope of chicken Milanese with gremolata. Besides this a variety of lighter food such as Aberdeen steak sandwich with pommes allumettes and ground rib steak burger can be had for a quick bite.

The well-stocked champagne bar is a highlight of the place and offers a selection of bar snacks that can be had with the extensive champagne list and cocktails devised by award-winning mixologist, Nick Strangeway.
