Hog Heaven Pit Bar-B-Que
63658 Highway 285, Bailey, 80421
Imagine a piggie flying in heaven and happily landing on a cloud, shortly after that watch the expression on his face turns from one of delight to confusion as he has not landed on a cloud but on smoke from the pit smoker - well that's exactly what is depicted on their logo. If something like that can really happen is for the diners to guess, but at least it drives home the point that 'all good little piggies go to Hog Heaven'. The menu certainly attracts ardent followers of smoked meat - try pork spare ribs, beef brisket, Polish sausages, fried catfish and chicken fingers. There are plenty of side orders to choose from, coleslaw, fried okra, mixed greens, baked beans and black-eyed peas, in addition to a piglet special, a child's portion of sausage or chicken fingers with one side.Imagine a piggie flying in heaven and happily landing on a cloud, shortly after that watch the expression on his face turns from one of delight to confusion as he has not landed on a cloud but on smoke from the pit smoker - well that's exactly what is depicted on their logo. REVIEWS OF Hog Heaven Pit Bar-B-Que
Midnightshadow (4 May 2010)
Great wood smoked meats that are done the way you are supposed to do it, not cooked in an oven. I also enjoy all the southern style sides that you can't find at most other restaurants. Great home made desserts also. This place is worth the one hour drive.

We had Hog Heaven cater a work function for 40+ people and we were amazed at how good it was! The pulled pork melted in your mouth. The Kielbasa was phonominal. They were on time and very professional. We will not be using anyone else for our business lunches any longer.
