The AA Rosette winning restaurant serves a wide variety of freshly cooked local produce. Head chef Phil Woodcock's menu reflects seasonal availability featuring such dishes as cream of celeriac, pear and toasted almond soup, smoked salmon with beetroot and vodka crème frâiche and roast breast of turkey with all the trimmings.
