Located on 14th Street in New York, Honey is a warm and inviting restaurant that gets its name from the muted but stylish amber toned ambience. Serving a range of fine Mexican dishes, the restaurant is an ideal venue for business meetings and more intimate dinners which are aided by the subdued music and informal atmosphere. The contemporary décor features exposed brick walls, lots of rich mahogany furniture and warm leather seating.

The classic Mexican menu includes enchiladas, stuffed flour tortillas topped with Chef's special enchilada sauce and Monterey Jack cheese and served with jasmine rice, and burritos filled with black beans, diced plum tomatoes, jalapenos and jasmine rice served with guacamole and sour crème. Other dishes include fajitas, tacos and a la parrilla, grilled salmon or grilled bambino lamb chops served with sautéed spinach, jasmine rice and homemade spicy sauce.

There's also an extensive fondue menu, both savoury and dessert, with the Swiss cheese fondue served with sliced flat bread, baby carrots, broccoli and asparagus while those with a sweet tooth can opt for the Belgian chocolate fondue with fresh fruit, chocolate brownies or marshmallows.
