Hostellerie Bourguignonne Description

In France, there are certain places that are known for their cuisine. For many generations, the inns of Burgundy have been one such example, due to their warmth and elegance, representative of the region of Bresse. Serving carp, perch, tench, eel and pike, they are the perfect places to try the pôchouse verdun, river fish stew, garlic and white wine. Didier Denis combines on the one hand, the fruits of the earth and tradition, and on the other, lighter meals, with an emphasis on taste, and produce that is fit for a king.
