Hoxton Pony, The

The Hoxton Pony with its idiosyncratic style prefers to tread the unknown path by taking several archaic British themes and adding a touch of modernity. Cocktails served from self-cooling infusion jars into hand crafted tea cups, an eighteenth century diorama inhabited by stuffed animals and foliage are some unusual touches, while steel and lacquer surfaces and giant light boxes bring in a sleek feel.

Head Chef Diego Herrera's refreshing take on British staples like fish and chips or bangers and mash is a celebration of the food upon which London was built.

The Hoxton Pony does its bit for the environment by not serving bottled water and creating seasonal cocktails. So sip drinks infused with tart rhubarb in April, delicious loganberries in July to pears and quince in October.
